Study Days

The Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) 'Code of Professional Conduct' states that as a registered nurse, you must maintain your professional knowledge and competence. Clause 6.1 - You must keep your knowledge and skills up to-date throughout your working life. In particular, you should regularly participate in learning activities that develop your competence and performance. Clause 6.5 - You have a responsibility to deliver care based on current evidence, best practice and, where applicable, validated research when it is available.

Subjects and venues for 2007/2008 Study Days are being arranged at the moment, and will be published on this web site in due course.

Our one-off study days are held on a specific topic and run from 09:00 to 16:30. You should arrive 20 minutes prior to commencement of the course start time for registration.

Coffee, tea and a sandwich lunch including vegetarian sandwiches will be provided.
